At the hospital, Mr. Bean rushes to remove a tea kettle stuck on his hand, but his attempts to speed things up backfire, causing delays. Later, he whimsically decorates a British guard for a photo. Struggling with insomnia, Bean eventually finds a solution to finally drift off to sleep.
